Federal judge Alejo Ramos Padilla issued a preventive habeas corpus for the LGTBIQ+ federal march that will take place this afternoon. Its aim is to ensure that the Security Forces cannot intercept individuals or transports during the demonstration.

In his decision, the magistrate called on national and provincial authorities regarding Security to ensure that participants can express themselves freely. He also urged that arbitrary orders restricting the constitutional right to social protest be avoided.

In a statement, Ramos Padilla emphasized: "Security Forces are urged that on February 1 of the current year, no individuals should be intercepted on public roads, whether in public transport or at access points to train stations, all within the jurisdiction of the province of Buenos Aires, nor should filming be conducted for the purpose of identifying protesters."

For now, the news is developing, and it is expected that authorities will comply with the judicial order to ensure the peaceful and safe conduct of the march.
